This situation does not help tourism,or those who wish to live here from abroad.

Here in Canada recently a neighbour shot a (pet) dog through a window while members of the family were out. A four-year-old boy returned home with his father to find the dog lying dead on the kitchen floor.

I wonder when (or if) cruelty between humans and between humans and animals will ever end.
