I’m a 100% vegan, but transitioning to mostly raw vegan. It’s hard living this way when all of your family and friends don’t have a day without meat and cheese. But, I’m going to be persistant and hopefully inspire others, especially Armenians, to eat real, wholesome, natural foods.
