All we need is more boots on the ground weather they are local, diasporan, or from another planet. If the diaspora and its academics are worried about the emigration problem then they can simply encourage the diaspora to move here and invest directly in the reality of current day Armenia. Or they can simply continue being “Devanakets” which is defined as people that sit on their “Devans” in the comfort of their air conditioned offices or living rooms and talk about what needs to be done about Armenia the country they treat as Disneyland or a social experiment to comment and talk about while they maintain all their positions of power, influence, material comfort.
