I Uncle Ruslan thinks mentioning that the guy is Armenian gives the story more validity. Who knows? I don’t doubt there’s Chechen and Armenian dudes in who pound vodka on a Friday night in Georgia.

But on another note, I’d like some mainstream and even some less mainstream news/media outlets to have a serious discussion about this Chechen business. The CIA’s entanglement with Chechen Jihadist goes back a while. Three most notable CIA/Chechen endeavors: Destabilization of the Balkans, involvement in the Nagorno-Karabakh War, and most recently the infusion of Chechen rebels and other Al Qaeda with “Syrian Rebels”.

The most recent allegation of the thwarted Canada plot of “Al Qaeda from Iran-backed” terror is laughable. Last time I checked Iran abhors Al Qaeda.
